Jamie has been the fearless leader of J Ryder Group since its creation in 1998. Starting with his love for golf, and the dream of starting something new, Jamie went out on a limb, and it worked! Since then he has worked on expanding the business in many different directions. If you can dream it, Jamie will find a way to produce it. With a background in corporate sales and finance, Jamie has a level head, with the heart of an entrepreneur. In his spare time, he serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Washington Parks Academy – Cornerstone Charter Schools, is the father of three beautiful girls, husband to an amazing wife, and likes to spend his (little amount) of leisure time on the boat with his family.

Heather is affectionately known as the “office mom” as she treats all of the employees like family. With her husband of 26 years, three children and one granddaughter of her own, she has her hands full, but she juggles it all exceptionally well. In her tenure at J Ryder Group she has been everyone’s cheerleader, boss, and confidant. Her favorite part of working at the company is creating new processes/procedures that elevate the stress on the ever-growing business. Ryder Group, growing the Hole in One Program Division from the bottom up. Since cultivating that part of the business, Tom has continued working on new projects to expand the company and is now heading up the Wheelhouse Graphix sales team. Tom’s favorite part of his career is the wide range of customers that he gets to interact with on a daily basis. When Tom is not at work, he enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife and three (quickly) growing children. He has two daughters in college and a son who is a high school senior.
